Bhupinder Sandhu is a mindfulness coach, but mostly a mindfulness practitioner (who is still learning, discovering and deepening everyday). Sharing the art of conscious living with the world is my passion and purpose. My eagerness to teach mindfulness stems from my firm belief that someone can create the incredible internal exchange I have experienced once they know how to do it. Personally, I have facilitated enough positive change in my life and many others to know what is possible. Integrity, deep peace and satisfaction are available to anyone who takes advantage of the stillness and silence that dwells in them.
