I’m an optimist who believes in our ability to build blissful life together. My WHY is to inspire people to change our world for the better. With a vision to change the way you think, act, and operate, I work with leaders and organizations in nearly every industry to help transform company culture and create a better working world.

I work as mindfulness coach, but at core I’m a mindfulness practitioner (who is still learning, discovering and deepening every day). Sharing the art of conscious living with the world is my passion and purpose. My eagerness to teach mindfulness stems from my firm belief that you all can create the incredible internal transformation I have experience myself, once you know how to do it. Personally, I have facilitated enough positive transformation in my life and many others to know what is possible.

Integrity, deep peace and satisfaction are available to anyone who takes advantage of the stillness and silence that dwells in them. Bhupinder is dedicated to enabling all of humanity to collaborate towards a thriving sustainable joyful world for everyone.

For over a decade I’ve taught mindfulness to thousands of people both online and in person, as well as in companies and organisations and at conferences and retreats. And it never ceases to surprise and delight me, the power mindfulness has to kick-out our stress and anxiety and awaken us to our true potential and strength.

Maybe you’ve arrived here because you are feeling stressed, anxious or just not feeling good about yourself? Possibly you’re dealing with some of the challenges that come with living in this fast paced, ever changing and uncertain world. Or perhaps your mind is sprinting or you aren’t sleeping well.

Whatever brings you here, I want you to know one thing: No matter where you are at in life, you with will can train your mind to be resilient, happier, more peaceful, and you can learn to live a more purposeful life in the middle of it all.

Evolving Calm, Clarity and Resilience

Through mindfulness practice you’ll develop skills, like how to unwind stress, how to become less reactive and how to break free from old unhelpful habits.

It also helps you become a more compassionate, genuine and light-hearted person. Over time with regular practice, you can develop an unshakable inner core of calm, clarity and resilience that stays with you no matter what life throws your way.
